Export Market Development Fund

To assist businessed to develop overseas markets, LEO Tipperary can provide grant assistance towards the cost of participating at exhibitions / trade shows. Eligible costs can include expenses like stand rental, creating a show catalogue, travel costs, accommodation and other associated costs. The maximum grant amount available is €2,500 or 50% of eligible costs, subject to a ceiling of €5,000, whichever is the lesser.

Any expenditure incurred prior to the date of application will be deemed ineligible. Only one application per company will be accepted annually which can include attendance at a number of trade events, development of export market specific advertising material and / or third-party export market research. Grants will be paid on receipt of vouched expenditure. All claims must be accompanied by a Market visit report, including names and contact details of persons met.

The grantee shall satisfy the LEO that they are not in receipt of subvention from Enterprise Ireland or other State Sources.
